The purpose of the Institute for Educational Leaderhip (IEL) is to equip leaders to better prepare children and youth for college, careers, and leadership. IEL serves as a catalyst that helps policymakers, administrators, and practitioners at all levels to bridge bureaucratic systems and departments and undo gridlock to help improve outcomes for all young people and thier families.

The WINTAC provides training and technical assistance (TA) to State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies (SVRAs) and related agencies and rehabilitation professionals and service providers to help them develop the skills and processes needed to meet the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
